Government of the Netherlands
The Government’s four new spearheads for bilateral development are security and the legal order, water, food security, and sexual and reproductive health and rights. All are areas in which Dutch businesses, civil society organisations, and knowledge institutions can offer expertise and add special value For 2011, the Dutch development cooperation budget was 4.6 billion euros.
In Ethiopia the Government of the Netherlands is supporting the CMP implementation since 2011 through its development organization SNV. The SNV works in collaboration with the UNICEF.
